Utah is the first U.S. state to legalize psychedelics for therapeutic use. A new bill approved this week allows Utah doctors to prescribe MDMA and psilocybin for their adult mental health patients. This makes Utah the first state in the U.S. to authorize the use of psychedelics as a medical treatment.
